Limited Lifetime Warranty | Dakine offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Dakine will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization and are within the Limited Lifetime Warranty covenants which exclude normal wear. Claims should be presented at the point of initial purchase with proper documentation to validate claims thereunder.


(All Gloves + Windsurf / Kite + Outerwear Product) North America - Two, (2), Year Limited Warranty | Dakine offers a Two, (2), Year Limited Warranty, from the time of initial purchase, against manufacturing defects. Dakine will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization and are within the Two, (2), Year Limited Warranty covenants which exclude normal wear. Claims should be presented at the point of initial purchase with proper documentation to validate claims thereunder.

Rest of World (R.O.W) - Two, (2), Year Limited Warranty | Dakine offers a Two, (2), Year Limited Warranty, from the time of initial purchase, against manufacturing defects. Dakine will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization and are within the Two, (2), Year Limited Warranty covenants which exclude normal wear.

Warranty Instructions 

USA Customers
If you purchased directly from the Dakine.com Store online, please contact the USA Warranty Department via email: warranty@dakine.com  You must include your Dakine.com order number from your purchase.  Order numbers can be found on your order confirmation email, packaging slip, or by logging into your Customer Account.

If you purchased through a different online store or a retail store, please refer to your invoice / reciept and contact that retailer. They will help you with your warranty.

European Customers
Please contact the store where you purchased the Dakine product. They will help you with your warranty.
